The Gallery/Studio is in an Amish Barn, with beautiful views and full of windows! It is perfect for workshops, lectures, musical shows, small weddings, meetings and private parties. Stan often brings in guest instructors in various mediums.

SONGS FROM THE BARN!!! SAT MAY 22nd (Rain date May 23)
An all day 12-8PM musical concert of regional musicians and festival with crafters, food trucks. Over 18 musical acts who were part of the recording sessions we did this Feb/March will perform outside on the South deck. All typical outdoor rules are in place, good spacing, masks when near others, careful smoking BYOB and picnics, chairs tents, blankets ice you know…. Limited camping overnight if RSVP by May 10. Carpooling suggested. One way road in, new back farm road for exiting. This event is to benefit our musical family by providing High Quality Video and Audio of the artists for their use
Tickets limited 275 (120 are sold)
$25 prior to May 15
$30 after the 15th and at the door
$50 would include ticket and double CD prior to May 15
$75 is the price for couples with a CD prior to May 15
Books, T shirts etc will be for sale as well as CD’s.

ONGOING: “Shoot the Farm in Winter”
March 20/21 All day opening in the Gallery of the above mentioned work. Limit 6 in gallery at a time, mask required. (special appointments are possible for other days) Show will include @20-25 works on display and for sale, and there will be two monitors playing videos and slideshows of the work of the whole group. Show will hang from March 20-May June 1. 10-4 Saturdays thru the period.

Date TBD. I will be the painter in a show featuring Peter Galetto, master glassman at the Rowan Clay College Arts and Innovations Gallery at 21 N High Street in downtown Millville, NJ Due to COVID the opening will be announced later and attendance and viewing guidelines set then.
CLASS: Spring Sunday Mornings (Paint with Stan)
July 11-August 22 7-11AM $30 per class All mediums (cash only, pay at class)
An open at locations on the beach and waterways, to better understand the dynamics of the summer weather, skies, ocean, waves, greens and people. A chance to learn how to be a better painter and learn to see the landscape through new eyes. All mediums encouraged, I demo each day in pastel.
CLASS: The Maurice River Workshop/Barn Studio of Art
July 12-15 5 Days, 5 different artists from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts alumni will be teaching one day each at different locations across the bayshores. My class will be Monday the 12th here at the farm. Contact the Barn Studio to register www.barnstudio.org
CLASS: On Being A Better Landscape Painter 3 Day Workshop
September 15/16/17 Each Day 8-4 All Mediums $400 limit 7 students, 1 assistant.
Work with Stan in this very small COVID SAFE workshop at the farm. Skies, marshes, fields, forest, roads will all be covered, color theories, alternative ways to apply pastel and more. (Any medium welcome) 2 demos a day, final critique, beginner to intermediate for sure.
CLASS: FALL Sunday Mornings (Paint with Stan)
Sept 29-Oct 31 8AM-12 Noon $25 per class (Cash only, pay at class)

STUDIO TOUR: The Artists’ Guild of the Cape’s 3rd Tour (FREE!)
October 9th & 10th 9-6 Daily, visit over 25 area artist studios in many different mediums.

I am open to scheduling a private one on one or two, with you or you and a friend for one or two days, any Thursday/Friday arrangement that fits your schedule. We will work at the farm from 8-12 then 1-4 each day and we will construct the class based on your needs. The classes will be thorough and intense. Topics can include: landscape, conceptual, abstracts, figure, floral, framing, professional business guidance, the curriculum will be yours to steer.
Rates: 1 person 1 day $200, 2 person one day $400. (double that for two day or weekly multiple) You can have this span multiple weeks. March thru May except the April workshop dates.
December 18/19/20 3 to Sunset each day ($10 donation to Gardens) Bring your own stuff, and celebrate the shortest day/longest night with all our regalia that we are famous for here.
